Was wondering if anyone could provide some background on this item and possibly how much it may be worth. It is also blessed for an individual but do not have the character's name at the moment. Thanks in advance.

It's from the NPC Humility Cloak quest.

But afaik, you can't do that one at the moment, due to the fact that the NPC used to be in Magincia.

People have been trying to push it as some uber rare Seer item, but that's nonsense.

the guy that used to be in magincia has been moved to trinsic now, he is in the fishermans building right near the docks... quest can still be done
