Probably the second closest castle to Fel Yew Moongate.
Nice secluded location in the Yew Woods.
No spawn.
Low traffic, you might occasionally see PvPers fighting and chasing around.
Zero space left on the location for another house placements.
House is empty, no deco, no items in it.
