how important is match cord?, I am supplying both fuse cord and match cord on my vendor, I realize it's kind of hard to ignite acharge without afuse in place or amatch to light it.

Not at all important at this point. match's are a pain in the butt to make but the ships you hit seem to have a lot of match's so there is no point making them.
