With the fletching changes I thought this might be worth something?
I used the elven composite longbow as an example in the pic:

People are paying 5- 12 mil for these in all the crafting skills...

Too my knowledge its going like this for the +30% Exceptionals:

Fletching/Tailoring/Smith - 10-12 mil
Tinkering - 8 mil
Carpentry/Scribe/Alchemy - 5 mil
