Title says it all, had the Hatreds spawn on Monday eve, were there til server down killing the spawn. Server came back up on Tues & Spawn was gone but all NPC's still as Hatreds, stayed that way all day, No Crim spawned. Looked all over for 45 mins outside of town in case was led away, nothing. Here it is Wed same as last 2 days, Hatred NPC's & no Crim.... Lil help. Ty
