fix Mana Phazeing orb

Ok so i use the charges up on my tali now i go and try and recharge it with the hard to make tali recharge item jeweld philigree or whatever its called and nothing no recharge!!! Come on the tali is 75 max dur and brittle lets let them be recharged mine is at 0 charges and still has 58 max durability i want to keep useing it! let the tali be recharged hell give the recharger more use let it fill up the surge shields also!! theres alot of possibilitys recharge wands maybe.

this game is so old half the stuff from the past is forgotten and never incorporated into the new junk they keep spewing out at us, lets have some continuity.

i didn't know these weren't rechargeable.. seems like a waste they aren't..

i guess the stats still work? its prob good for someone who doesn't use the charges.

You need a Runed Switch to re-charge it, not the item you mentioned.

When my GM Tinker tried to use a runed switch on a mana phasing orb, it told me, "That is not a valid target". I also tried it on the Surge Shields and got the same response. My tinker could repair the talisman tho.
