Fishmonger Quest??

Is there a trick to turning in a fishmonger quest without automatically having it offer a new quest to you? Every time I turn one in, it offers me a new one which I can accept or refuse. When you refuse a quest, it drops your standing with them. Irma will be hitting late this evening and I want to dock my ship so I don't lose it if I have no internet for a while. I don't want to refuse a quest because I have been working my butt off trying to build up to the rep for the good rewards.

Does axing he crate in your hold lower your standing as well?

Yes as far as I know
