Fishing Sots and SoA's

I know the Sots exist because I have one, but do the SoA's exist?
Also unless people eat them, I have only ever found 1 fishing sot...are they extremely rare?

I have an Alacrity scroll for 15 fishing on TC, Got it out of a Level 7 tmap chest.

They do exist, but given the upcoming booster pack, they are in demand and disappear quickly.

Got one last night on my home shard from a level 1 chest.

I doubt they are really rare. Just a ot of skills to go through too.

yes and because of the expansion the are being searched and bought.
