First question

The loyalty points from the Fish Monger are they based by Town for loyalty or an over all rating?

Second question

Is is a bug to be able to fire upon player ships in Tram ? before I attempt to do so want to make sure

1) Loyalty rating for fishmongers counts for all.

2) Can't shoot on player ships in Trammel. (Not anymore and not that i heard off)
