fishing gains stuck

I feel like a noob asking this but...used to have a gm fisher,but over time found him useless so deleted him..smacks face lol

I went and bought the booster upgrade,started a new fishertoon,now he is stuck at 67.5 fishing.Cant get any gains fishing from any docks and shallow water...nothing...

Any help with this would be greatful in advance

do yourself a favor and if you're going to invest the time to raise a fisher, go grab a Crystal Ball of Knowledge. this quest reward will tell you which areas are OPTIMAL for gains. if you are fishing without this, you better be a pro of what areas are too deep/shallow, which is especially difficult before 85. ONCE you hit 85, you will only gain from deep water (14 tiles away from shore)
