Fishing Fixed?

Patch notes are light on fishing. Love that crabs and lobster are not 100% useless items now.

What is the current state of fishing?

Are the bugs fixed? Not asking about the theoretical bugs, like the too hard to get fish you have an order for thing that some people believe in.

Can you get 110 without binding now?
Did they fish the standing (fish back to 5) reset?
Can you run multiple quests?
