first patch post upgrade

installed windows 7 64 bit ultimate on my system about 2 maybe 3 weeks ago.

patch tonight i believe first since then.

patch gets half way done, fails to patch, client wont open cause it is a forced patch. and of course its not updated.

patch folder is empty.

im new to 64 bit windows 7, anything special i need to do?

hrmm run as admin?

Run as admin? That is what I had to do.

Is this more windows just being quirky or temperamental though rather than UO itself? I am running Windows 7 Professional 64bit and I haven't had to run UO in admin mode or anything yet (watch that change next patch... =P).
