Fire vs Frost

So which specc is your mage?

For myself, I've been Frost Mage since level 1....I just love the survivalibility of a frost mage, and kiting elite mobs around is just awesome.

I know fire does a ton of damage....eventually, I may delete of one my lowbie alts and make a Draenei fire mage, hehe.

I had an all-over-the-map mage at first. Then when everyone got the free respec, I went to frost. It sucked going against the water elementals, but wasn't bad against the fire elementals (other than all the fire spells were broke).

Yeah, against frost-immune mobs.....a frost mage will have to resort to fire/arcane spells of course, which can be tricky.

But luckily, there's not too much mobs that's frost-immuned, hehe.
