As Silverbird said, so the only way to get one now is to buy it from another player. Or if you find enough turn-in points in deed form I believe you can still turn them in for the rewards.

Many of the “fire pits” that you may be seeing could be 6th year veteran awards. The short version of the “Brazier Deed” looks like real fire burning in a small pit.
