I will be honest with you... This war axe is without any value.

Simply cause the intensity is nowhere near any usefulness.

I know that the item is not worth millions, but while raising lockpicking (alost GM now) I must have looted at least 20k items, mostly from L3/L4 chests and this is the best mono elemental damage weapon I found (90% fire+slayer+decent stats).
Where are you getting your elemental damage weapons from, please post them? I am genuinely interested...

- 1 more property possible (most would take ssi i guess)
- slayer could be changed to another slayer
- intensitys on sl, hit fireball and di can be changed
