Files wont save, Bad path?

When I hit the logout from the paper doll I get the following error, then the client crashes without saving any macro changes. I verified that all my individual files are in the same places they have always been...

Fatal:

Could not create directory: C:\Progam Files\Electrinoc Arts\Ultima Online Classic\C:\Users\Username\Documents\EA Games\Ultima Online Legacy\User Data/Account Name/Shard Name/Character Name

Obviously the path that it is looking for is completely wrong, but I am lost on how to fix it. I am running Windows Vista, and everything is set to run as Admin.

This just started happening today... no idea why. I have uninstalled UO and reinstalled, but the problem persists.

Any ideas from the community would be helpful.

the files were moved, they're now in 'my documents' 'EA Games'

Thanks for looking at it Petra. The error message I posted was directly from the text in the error. My files have always been saved in the "my documents" file location, and I have verified they are all still there. I am not sure why the path listed in the error seems to have both file locations listed.

However, I believe I was able to resolve the issue. After I completed the uninstall and reinstall process that did not reslove the problem I began digging into the character files a little more. I eventually figured out that some of the file properties were set as "hidden", while others were not. I was able to still see them because I have the pc set to show hidden files, so at first glance nothing appeared out of place.

When I selected all the files and removed the "hidden" attribute, the error message in game went away.

Thanks to anyone else who might have been looking into there error, hopefully this solution comes in handy for someone else.
