Fey Slayer Mystic Book Question!!

i have that Fallen Mystic Spellbook or whatever withthe fey slayer on it and it has other awsome mods...my question is can i use it on my non mystic mage char to do the fey slayer dmg with mage spells against like lady mel or other fey monsters?Or does it only work for mystics...If i can use it on my mage that makes it waaay more usefull and worth keeping in my opinion thx

Which is just plain obscene and should be treated as a bug. It's not and won't be and be considered a feature but doesn't make any sense.
