Hail and well met. I am a returning play planning on playing a bard. Back in the day I ran a Tamer/Bard using peace. I was thinking about running 120:

Music
Provoke
Disco
Magery
Eval.
Med.

Spellweaving and Mystic. Are new to me, we did not have them when I played. So I'm not sure if that is viable or not as a Template. My question.

1.Template, yea or no ? Just started him so not vested in anything.

2. How accurate are the guides on barding skill gains? Back in the day you hopped on a boat and 8×8 peace and music. Not a fan of boat training so looking for where to go to train while making a little coin. If the guides are right I will stay with it.

3. I'm playing on Chesapeake, it was my old shard, when not on siege. Are there active shards or is Chessy active?

1. Are you running a mage/bard or wanting a tamer/bard? You don't have taming listed but you mentioned that you use to run it. You really need to add how high you want to take the skills to see how viable the template would be. You can run masteries now but they are stronger if they are 120 real skill.
2. The guides are fairly accurate but you can use masteries to train bardic skills from 90 now.
3. Atlantic is the largest shard, Chessy has a decent active crowd still. I would suggest making characters on shards that you are interested in and start chatting in General chat to talk to others and see which would fit you the best.

What you have listed is good, or you can also go no Eval and 120 Peace, as you can get decent damage from Discord Masteries.
