fencing mastery bug

did any one notice that u have to choose fencing mastery again and again every time you login in order to have passive disarm block?

every time i login i see that passive protection disappears and i have to switch masteries back. (from fencing three to any other mastery and fencing again)It takes at least 10 minutes and really annoying.

Doesnt seem to be fencing only. Has happened to me on taming and some others. But for me it disappeared after death and didnt come back. Yo can still activate the active ones, but the passive ones are gone.
