Femme Wraith-form has no push through?

I looked and didn't see a post on this.

I'm playing on Origin and this evening in Fel I'm suffering as per no form in fel for push through with less than full stamina. Anybody else noticing this?

Did you cross a server line? I'm sure you did. You lose the ability to push through people when you cross one.
