I haven't seen a Scroll of Transcendence since the New Legacy treasure chests came into existence. Either that or it was Publish 118 that nerfed the stash map treasure chests. I really liked this stash level chests just for the scrolls, because there is nothing else in those chests worth digging them up for. Anyone else see the same problem?
