[Price Check] Felucca Keep

I'm thinking about investing in a Felucca keep (if anyone is wanting to sell).

Before I start selling of my items to fund this I was wondering if anyone could give me a rough price check so I can get idea of how much I need to raise.

I know location is a big factor so ideally anywhere not in the swamps.

Fel keeps are a big range ~900mil-1.5 billion range
