Does that mean you get twice as many points toward virtue dungeon artifacts?

also, are the points directly related to fame? meaning ogre lord=4 ettins

or is there a multiplyer im wondering becuase i can definatly kill 4+ ettins faster then 1 ogre lords, especialy with respawn time
