If im not mistaken the plot is E-1
its on the East End, coordinates are 44' 54S 170' 55E
its the one with the Necro Book skull on the roof (if ya look on the overhead map)
and its called the New Magincia Tower of Necromancy.
its a Max Storage Plot.
water out the front door, no one behind but the road.
in guard zone (of course)
real nice spot.
ill even throw in the original Fire Deed from the winning ticket from the lottery when the house was won if the price is over 100 mill. (if it dosnt go that high then im keeping the ticket!)
