I've been liquidating accounts for a while now and have finally emptied out the account holding this house, so it's time to sell it.

-very isolated area
-some monster spawn but very minimal
-only one neighbor which is behind this keep, ive never seen this person in the years ive lived in this house
-no houses infront with lots of open grass area(no trees directly infront) and it is right beside the water
-has a hanging lantern outfront which is not movable
