What is the ratio in prices between tram and fell castles on europa these days?

I havent played europa for nearly 18 months now.

about 1-2 thats all....feluuca castle around 200 ish and most tram castles around 400

obvoiusly position can dictate prices..ie swamp is normally far lower and castles on there own on grass are the most value

So my tram swamp would be worth roughly say 300?

Im not looking at moving as i brought the castle for my lil bro [would be upto him].

I just wanted to get an idea of what the ratio and comparison would be these days as i brought it for him about 3 years ago.
