For sale by owner. Selling this Atlantic Fel New Magencia vendor house. House is in the guard zone and the vendors have done quite well for me over the years. Public forge and tailor just a screen or 2 away and right next to pet vendors. There is not a Fel vendor house in a guard zone that gets more foot traffic. Great house for killing the smugglers quest afk scripters which takes place a few screens to the south east. A very fun home to own.
