Feint needs Anatomy or Tactics?

i'll make my first samurai. Feint is nice weapon special. i wonder it works
a) with 100 Anatomy 0 Tactics?
or
b) with 100 Tactics or 0 Anatomy?
Feint needs any or both these skills?
can someone test it?

You can test it yourself by creating a character on Test Center, adjust skills and try it out.

Feint needs Bushido, Tactics, and Weapon skill.

It's actually kind of nice because it 1/2's the damage dealt by your opponent. It's somewhat short lived. It's more effective against dexers when they are dumping their mana with AIs or Conc/Mortals.

right. you need tactic to use weapon special i forgot that. well anatomy doesnt affect it?

No anatomy does not affect it. And to correct my earlier post you can have either Ninjitsu OR Bushido to use Feint (in conjunction with Tactics and Weapon skill).

i heard feint has a disadvangate. it lowers your swing speed. is that true?

No it is not true. It cuts damage dealt by 50% to whoever you hit with it (when they attack you).
