Please revert and then please stop "fixing" things that aren't broken.
Having additional spawn appear after champ is up is annoying.

If they want to fix a champ spawn the Pestilence Champion Spawn(one under bedlam) has been broken forever, it keeps spawning Fetid Essences while the champ is up and even after the champ dies.
