Feeblemind and Clumsy won't go away?

Recently returned to UO, finding that a lot of things have changed, and that there are a lot of things I have no clue about, lol. I've been working spell resist on two of my characters, with the spectral spellbinders in Haven. Gains are going great.. but there's a problem. On both of these characters, even after I stop training.. they're still under the effect of clumsy and feeblemind (or one of them might be weaken, I can't remember). There's no time frame underneath (using the enhanced client) saying how many seconds are left, like there normally is. How do I fix it?

When you cross a serverline while under the effect of a debuff spell, sometimes the icon will stick in your buff bar even tho you aren't really under the effect. To get rid of it, have another player cast this spell on you (or cast iton yourself) and either let it time out or eat an enchanted apple.

getting them recast should clear the debuffs up. There is no time on them, just that the icon sticks ... 2D has same issue.
