FC 1 and/or FCR 3 (fc1/fcr2 also interesting if it has both)
30 total skillpoints in magery/animal lore/meditation/necromancy/spirit speak
Can be antique/brittle

MR
More skill points in desired skills

My budget is not that super for this, but I'm certainly willing to pay some millions if it meets my expectations.
