Fatal Error then client crashes.

This has been going on for some time now. Happens when I change circle of transparency on paperdoll 2d client. Not all the time but enough to make it annoying as heck. No uo- assist nothing just the client running. I uninstalled client just now , re-installed. Did not fix problem. Video drivers are up to date. Looking for any help.. thanks.

How big do you have it set? The client will crash if transparency is above a certain range (requiring a manual edit of uo.cfg, beyond what the game normally allows).

Well I had it set to 200 when I changed it to 99, Client crashed. I relogged and did it about 20 times and no crash. Not sayin it solved it completely but it has surely slowed it down. Thanks alot........ Merry X-mas

It still happens somewhat, but does not happen on my wife's computer..

okay so I think it is narrowed down to the options menu on the paperdoll. I just went and turn my music on to listen to the harpsicord. I crashed when I turned the music on with a fatal error.

What are your hardware acceleration settings?

You can get the same error attempting to change the size of the game display or changing text color.

Not sure but I did attempt to go in and change them. It won't let me. I am using a TV monitor 23 in Vizio with a HDMI cable. It only allows me 1 screen resolution.

Well seems its not related to paperdoll. Just had a fatal error on a log-in attempt. Others in my guild also having same problem.
