Falsehood on Haven Isle?

What in the world are these Falsehood healers doing on Haven Isle? It's a pain in the butt, especially when they appear near Old Haven, and they keep stealing things from you while you're training new characters there.

It's not like you can take them down at that level; How in the world is that happening, since Haven isn't a part of the invasion?

The range of the infection differs for each city - for example, Trinsic's is downright huge.

In the case of the infected NPCs on Valoria (Haven/New Haven), it's the Magincia infection zone being too big in a southernly direction, and overlapping the north side of Valoria Isle.
