Failing at 100 % success rate

I'm a GMed carpenter and I have a 100% chance to make a flour mill, yet I keep failing and keep losing my ingots and my wood. I also ware a 17% bonus tally. Is this a bug or some unknown adjustment that I have not heard of yet.

100% success chance? Even at GM carpentry, you're only at 60.6% aren't you?

(I tested my carpenter/tinker and made made both east and west successfully)

Success chance of several items is calculated wrong in carpentry menu only.
When making them actually, it's judged right by the revised success rate.

several items are the following.
small bed (difficulty:94.7, GM:60.6%)
large bed (difficulty:94.7, GM:60.6%)
pentagram (difficulty:100.0, GM:50.0%)
abbatoir (difficulty:100.0, GM:50.0%)
loom (difficulty:84.2, GM:81.6%)
flour mill (difficulty:94.7, GM:60.6%)
etc?

Its not nice to baffel an old lady like Millie, It makes her forget inportant things.. like .. umm what was I saying. Anyhow Thank you so much for the information.
