Factions today....where to fight?

Where do the faction members fight now? I go to yew and rarely see the battles....are they in the faction cities?

maz, you are on pac right?
try scouting despise, destard, go through terra and the star room, if nothing, then go to bases, if nothing then go to T2 if nothing, go PVM
