Faction Traps unfairness

Ok, i just want to compare several things..

Stronghold = behind the faction stone (can place poison traps)

So Minax faction stone behind = can place traps (outside the fortress)

SL faction stone behind = can place traps

CoM faction stone behind = can place traps

TB faction stone behind = CANNOT place traps?? WHat the hack?

How is it fair?

Why not just make the faction stone right front of the TB castle then?

Is this patch kinda "mess with the good guys patch??"
