Faction timer?

Has it changed? I've been looking around on stratics and UO but can't find any info on any kind of change.
Our cities have belonged to another faction since Monday.
Did it change or do I just have bad timing?

Yes, the last publish changed the timers back to the old way. See post(s) in the Faction Forums.
