I might have missed something somewhere in the notes on factions, or more importantly the notes on bugs with factions..

anyone else have their faction robe turn gray and loose it's blessed/faction status overnight?

Check your journal next time you get silver. You should see a message that explains what happened to the rest of the silver you earned.
