can anyone else even hold it if they are not in factions?
I have a faction horse I'd love to sell ..
but can not sell no one is in factions anymore..

Yes, this is more an event item from "Cloak and Dagger" Clainin's Spellbook - Stratics Community Wiki | Stratics Community Forums. Your faction warhorse sadly can't be traded, if it could i'm sure it would be worth a few plat and for that reason I would be crying as well if I owned one hehe
