Faction Horses UOKR

In UOKR there is only one type of faction horse its red, but i found a screenie at the web, what is with this faction horse in the background will they be introduced? i think its the com faction horse in the background of the right side.

I have a green SL horse that has all the riders blankets and gear in KR.

yeah its an early screenie right, but the model is there i think it only must be activated.
