[Price Check] Faction colored order shield

I posted about faction colored things the other day being legal, but my question about the price of the shield must have been missed, so sorry I am posting again about this . But what would a Faction colored order shield with no desired stats on it go for? Thanks :)

It would be about 150k or so on Atlantic, not sure about other shards.
