Faction chat to be able to chat with anyone or guild that is in same faction stone you signed up on. without having to be guild allied to them.
Faction alliance would work like a guild alliance Once you click the stone anyone under the same stone should be immune to all your fields area spells, and you should be able to heal cure them etc even if they flag.
