Faction char made scrolls don't stack [Needs fix]

Heya,

I'v been stocking a recall scroll vendor, and been very frustrated with my backpack getting full of individual scrolls which I have to stack one by one. I asked on spellcaster forum if there is any way to make them stack, and got this answer:

They should stack as you make them...
Not lay about individually.
Your scribe isn't faction is it?
I have heard of faction made scrolls not stacking.

I can verify that she is right, my character is in faction.

When character is in faction and makes scrolls, the scrolls don't stack. Every scroll will lay individually. This needs fixing.
