Faction Action on Pacific???????????

Can anyone tell me which evil faction is doing the most on Pacific? I am currently in TB, and they haven't been doing hardly anything at all, but plan on switching to one of the evil factions to help with the invasions.

My char does not PvP (is strictly setup for stealing).

p.s.- I posted this in the Factions forum but have not gotten a response. Please don't move it back to factions.

My thief is in COM on Pacific and the only "evil" side I see is SL, so I'd suggest joining them. Before anyone yells at me, I decided to take a break from stealing sigils so as to allow the town takeovers prior to the event.
