If u use it any character including elfs or women (I haven't tried garg) can have a beard. I have 2 elfs with beards and one with human hair and beard. From old cleanup brit.

Yea you´re actually right. I just expected to get offered more as the last 2-3 I knew about have been sold for around 800m.

Starting bids and lowballing are not in the same classification. If I were lowballing I would say "I will give you 400m RIGHT NOW!" - This was a taking bids, and people were bidding. Bids rise, especially during the last bit. A reserve price with a deadline is the best way to do an auction with an item such as this one.
