I have just returned to UO and have no money, but i want to do pvp. So i was wondering if there are any effective basically free pvp templates. Thanks!

Without lots of gold you shouldn't even bother to think about PvP. Read this for further information.

Join a faction, get some silver and faction kill points, then get faction arties. If you're lucky you can find a pvp guild that is open to returning players and willing to help you out with pieces for the rest of the suit.
