Hey everyone,
There is currently an exploit which lets you move other players outside of cities. Developers are working on fixing this issue as soon as possible.
Until this is resolved, we recommend taking the following precaution: under Settings > Notifications remove "Entering a Red PVP zone". This will make a confirmation window appear each time you try and leave the city, meaning you will need to manually confirm going to a red zone:
