Has anyone seen this spawn recently (it's not supposed to)?

I looted one yesterday but I was not really thinking about it and I can't remember where. I was in Bedlam, the Twisted Weald and the Labyrinth yesterday so it should have been from something in one of these places.

It currently spawns on whipping vines which I think are found in twisted weald, or by planting a green thorn in swampland.
