Exceptional Smoke/Egg Bomb, why?

Any reason Smoke bomb / Egg bomb is still able to make as exceptional? kinda wish they made those not exceptional-able like they did apples/grapes/waffers when they fixed those. Afaik are no reason for them to be exceptional, or?

I don't see anything listed on it, the person making it can leave their mark off of it in the option menu. I don't know if they are stackable with each other if they are marked. Maybe GM made ones should be a little better!? :D

They would still be exceptional and not stack with none-exceptional :( I don't think there any difference on them effect wise anyways.
