Evil Omen did not wear off on my character is there anyway to get rid of this?

Is there anyway to get rid of Evil Omen when it stays around even after timer runs out? Besides having a necro cast it no me again or have a Paladin use Remove Curse is there another way?

It's not really there, just a graphics bug.

Only way to get rid of it is have a necro cast EO on you.
I always do, Evil omen>harm, makes it go away quick.

Did you try hurting yourself?
How do you know it is still affecting your character?
If it's the evil omen icon on the buff bar could it just be a glitch that the icon is still showing?

People, it's just a graphics bug. It happens sometimes with a lot of buffs and debuffs alike (weaken, curse, agility and strength pots).
It shouldn't be affecting his character any.

Just get someone to reapply an Evil Omen to you.
That will fix it.

Interesting. I'll have to check overloading the next time it happens, but I could have sworn the permaweakness affects my carrying capacity.

I believe it's just a minor graphical glitch in the kingdom reborn client. Sometimes the icon will stick around, but it has no effect. So the whole thing is meaningless, if a bit annoying.

I have had this happen with mind rot and it DOES effect, with mind rot anyway!!

But yes re-cast and remove curse seemed to do the trick.

If the mind rot was cast by the crimson dragon, that is permanent until either you die or you get remove curse cast on you.

I'm not sure how mind rot works from players.

The evil omen problem is exactly as Arch Magus described.
